Ivona Brandic vom Institut für Informationssysteme ist mit ihrem Projekt “FoSII - Foundations of Self-governing ICT Infrastructures” für den Wiener Zukunftspreis in der Kategorie “Startups und Newcomer” nominiert.

Ebenfalls nominiert wurde das Projekt “New Methods for Analyzing, Comparing, and Solving Argumentation Problems” von Stefan Woltran.

Der Wiener Zukunftspreis wird jährlich von der Stadt Wien und dem Magazin NEWS an die besten ForscherInnen und Projekte der Hauptstadt verliehen. Die Auswahl unter den Nominees erfolgt durch eine hochkarätig besetzte Fachjury.
