Join us on July 11–12 at the Austrian eSports Festival 2026 at the Austria Center Vienna!

Held alongside the annual Spielfest, the Austrian eSports Festival 2026 transforms the ACV into a vibrant meeting place for both board game enthusiasts and the esports community. Look forward to two days of tournaments, hands-on activities, entertainment, and plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow gaming enthusiasts. TU Wien Informatics will be there as part of the GameDev Campus Area. Our Research Unit Computer Graphics, headed by Eduard Gröller, will host a booth showcasing our Faculty, game-related research, and our study programs.

Free Tickets

We have 30 free visitor tickets available on a first come, first served basis. To claim yours, simply send an email to esports@cg.tuwien.ac.at with your name. You will then receive a 100% discount code for the online ticket shop.

Call for Volunteers

We’re looking for volunteers to support our booth throughout the event. Help is needed during:

• Setup: Friday, July 10
• Booth staffing: A few-hour shifts during the festival (July 11–12)
• Take-down: Sunday evening, July 12 or Monday, July 13

If you’d like to help, please join the Discord server and introduce yourself by sharing your name, the days you’re available, and which tasks you’d like to assist with. As a volunteer, you’ll receive a free exhibitor ticket, giving you early and extended access to the event venue.

Have a game or interactive project you’d like to showcase? We’d love to feature it at our booth! We’ll provide gaming laptops, so in most cases you won’t need to bring your own hardware.
