Vienna Science Festival 2022
A weekend of research and discovery for curious minds both young and old at Vienna City Hall.
From 9 to 11 September 2022, the Vienna Science Festival will invite curious minds both young and old to a weekend of research and discovery at Vienna City Hall. Together with businesses, universities, and universities of applied sciences, this popular hands-on event will showcase how research is conducted in Vienna and on what topics.
TU Wien Informatics at the Vienna Science Festival
In 2022, the participatory festival is more than ever about the future! Children and young people can find out about numerous, exciting professions in the fields of research, technology and science. TU Wien Informatics is part of it:
- Autonomous Racing Cars / Research Unit Cyber-Physical Systems, Andreas Brandstätter
- Eternity Bike: Into the Future with a Bicycle / Institute of Visual Computing and Human-Centered Technology, Philipp Wintersberger
- Understanding & Mastering Algorithms / VCLA & ADA.Wien, Stefan Szeider
Opening Hours
- Friday, 9 September: 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday, 10 September: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Sunday, 11 September: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
