Services
Labs
We supervise all basic teaching labs for TU Wien Informatics. This includes maintenance of hard- and software infrastructure in these labs as well as supporting teaching personnel regarding the labs. More information

Server Housing Favoritenstraße
We maintain together with GUT and TU.it the server room at Favoritenstraße. This offers to house server infrastructure in a professional environment. The server room features cooling in accordance with server room specifications, UPS current with a stored energy time of at least 20 minutes, standard TUnet (up to 10 Gbit/s) connections and access control via TUcard.
SerFav Status Information
Please join the TUchat channel #serfav-status for live status updates and announcements.
For announcements there is also a mailing list. All users with access to SerFav are automatically on this mailing list - no need for subscription.

Technician Wiki
We provide a wiki for the TU Wien Informatics technicians. We are not responsible for the content but collaborate to the knowledge base. We are responsible for providing the living space for the wiki and for access granting.
TU Wien Informatics technicians will be given access to the wiki automatically within five minutes after the first login to our GitLab.
