TU Wien Informatics is an international Faculty with an expert communications team for all things PR, Design, and Events. We’re looking for a versatile communicator who thrives in between crafting overarching narratives and diving into the nitty-gritty of text-heavy tasks. We’re looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail, a commitment to accuracy, and a profound sense of accountability. This role is not just about managing tasks; it’s about owning them. You’ll be at the heart of our communications team, proactively identifying and addressing inquiries, and lending your expertise wherever it’s needed—without waiting to be asked.

Fear of the unknown? Not in your vocabulary. We’re seeking a curious person who expects to keep learning. Your communication skills will be your greatest asset, especially within our team. We value individuals who can offer thoughtful insights, challenge the status quo, and contribute to our collective goal without merely going through the motions. Yet, when necessary, you can commit, even when you disagree. You expect to give and receive direct open feedback. You expect to be challenged. You expect to be counted on. You expect to be part of a great team. Join us in shaping the future of science communication, where your work not only informs but inspires!
