For the 5th time, TU Wien Informatics will host a Global Game Jam!

• When? January 30, 16:30, to Sunday, February 1, 16:30
• Where? Lecture Hall FAV 1 Helmut Veith, Favoritenstraße 9-11, 1040 Vienna

The official jam theme reveal and kick-off will take place at the start of the event. You do not need previous game-making experience, and you can find a team on site - there will be a short team-forming session over pizza after the opening.

• How can I join?

Register on our website and join us on Discord for updates, coordination, and practical information, including how you will be supported throughout the event and how to follow the opening and closing broadcasts if you plan to attend online.

This year’s jam is sponsored by Snap. After the intro talk, participants will have access to a limited number of Snap Spectacles for jam development and a technical introduction to Lens Studio, Snap’s development environment. We will also provide access to the Mixed Reality Lab, including VR headsets and motion capture equipment, where teams can record their own animations.
