Informatics Europe kicks off their Gender Equality in Informatics Webinar Series on April 24, 2023. They are online, free and open to all. Here you’ll find webinar details and registration.

In the renewed season, Informatics Europe will feature speakers from their previous Minerva Informatics Equality Award winners – featuring 2022 award winner TU Wien Informatics as well as colleagues who excel in the area of gender equality in informatics.

Dean of TU Wien Informatics Gerti Kappel will give a talk on “Several Female Support Activities Later – What Have We Learned?” on June 19, 2023 (Mon) at 5pm CEST.

About the Gender Equality in Informatics Webinar Series

First launched in June 2022, this webinar series is a collaboration with European Network for Gender Balance in Informatics (EUGAIN) COST Action, with the aim to contribute to sharing best practices as well as relevant research about gender equality and diversity in computer science. The series is a way to strengthen both the understanding as well as the action perspective of this topic.
